- Key requirements include a first-aid certificate course of at least one week, passing the Suitability Test Grade III with two years of driving experience, and a police clearance certificate.
- Public Service Principal Secretary Jane Imbunya warned that presenting fake certificates or documents, or canvassing, will lead to automatic disqualification.
