Esports Kenya has announced the launch of the Kenya Esports Series, a national competition set to run from October to December 2025, aiming to discover and nurture talent across five major cities in Kenya.

• The series will feature eight popular gaming titles, including eFootball mobile and Tekken 8.
• Winners will earn the chance to represent Kenya at international events, such as the Global Esports Games.
• Esports Kenya President Ronny Lusigi emphasized the series' role in capacity building and engaging communities beyond the capital, viewing it as a "pivotal moment" for the industry.
