The High Court has issued an interim injunction, preventing businessman Kung’u Muigai from publishing further defamatory statements against Supreme Court Judge Isaac Lenaola.

• The order follows an application by Justice Lenaola, accusing Muigai of making false allegations in video interviews.
• Justice Lenaola alleges Muigai linked him and other senior judges to corruption and insinuated involvement in the death of lawyer Kyalo Mbobu.
• The court has scheduled a mention for October 13, 2025 to provide further directions on the case.
