• Burale describes himself as a cleric of national repute and claims the interview, published on October 4, 2025, on Alex Mwakideu TV YouTube channel, portrayed him as manipulative, hypocritical, a swindler, and homosexual.
• He is seeking Ksh.20 million in damages, along with a mandatory injunction for removal of the video and related posts, a public apology, and deletion of re-uploads.
• Burale accuses Alex Mwakideu of professional negligence for failing to verify allegations and encouraging wider sharing of the content.
