The suit alleges that an interview on Alex Mwakideu's YouTube channel, titled "My Biggest Mistake Was Marrying Robert Burale," defamed Burale by portraying him as manipulative, hypocritical, a swindler, and homosexual.

• Alex Mwakideu is accused of professional negligence for failing to verify allegations or seek Burale's response before airing the content.
