- Public Service CS Geoffrey Ruku appointed Emma Wambui Mbugua, Anne Derasso Illo, Fredrick Odumo Nying’uro, and Valerie Lomosi to the Gambling Regulatory Authority Board for three years, replacing Ernest Kamau, Anne Too, Innocent Muganda, Janet Oben, and Edwin Gikunju.
- Education CS Julius Ogamba appointed Professor Kellen Kathure Kiambati as Chairperson of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority Board for four years.
- Information, Communications and Digital Economy CS William Kabogo appointed Stephen Njuki to the Board of the Communications Authority of Kenya for three years.
- Health CS Aden Duale appointed Edwin Gikunju to the Kenya Institute of Primate Research Board for three years.
- Water and Sanitation, and Irrigation CS Eric Mugaa appointed Innocent Muganda to the National Water Harvesting and Storage Board for three years.
- Roads and Transport CS Davis Chirchir appointed Anne Too to the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) Board for three years.
- Attorney General Dorcas Oduor appointed Ernest Kamau to the Business Registration Service Board for three years, and also revoked appointments to the Selection Panel for the Waqf Commission.

This was part of broader leadership changes announced by the Kenyan government across several state corporations, with various Cabinet Secretaries making new appointments and revocations. In another significant administrative shift, the management of Amboseli National Park has been officially transferred to the Kajiado County Government after 52 years under national control. The Deed of Transfer gives Kajiado County oversight of daily operations, conservation, and tourism, while the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) retains national government ownership and oversight.
