Four individuals have been arrested in Kisumu East, and a firearm believed to have been stolen from a police officer during Raila Odinga's burial last Sunday in Bondo, Siaya County, has been recovered.

• The suspects were apprehended on Saturday afternoon at a hideout in Mbeme following a public tip-off.
• The recovered weapon is a loaded Jericho pistol.
• The firearm was reportedly snatched from Police Constable Benson Kodia, an officer attached to the Kakamega Governor.
