• Fraudsters are directing potential travelers to call phone numbers posing as customer care numbers to facilitate ticket sales and initial contact.
• Official SGR tickets can only be purchased through metickets.krc.co.ke, the USSD code *639#, or physically at Madaraka Express Passenger service stations.
