The Social Health Authority (SHA) has officially appointed CPA Pariken Ole Sankei as its new Director of Internal Audit. This appointment, announced on Wednesday, October 29, by board chair Abdi Mohamed, followed a competitive recruitment process that began on July 29.

• Pariken Ole Sankei has over 20 years of experience, having previously served at the NHIF, PSC, and KEMSA.
• He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Public Secretary (CPS).
• The appointment comes amidst controversy regarding Andrew Rotich, an employee reportedly excluded from a shortlist after uncovering a multi-billion-shilling fraud.
