Construction material costs in Kenya saw an increase across most major categories in the third quarter (Q3) of 2025 compared to the previous year, as reported by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS). - The KNBS Construction Input Price Indices increased to 121.27 in Q3 2025, showing a 0.74 percent year-on-year inflation.
