Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja has announced critical changes and additions to the upcoming mass police recruitment, previously advertised on Tuesday, November 4. The revised notice, issued on Friday, November 7, clarifies application eligibility and recruitment center locations.

• Both current and former National Youth Service (NYS) applicants are now eligible, with former candidates encouraged to report to their sub-county recruitment centers or the NYS Headquarters in Ruaraka.
• Recruitment center corrections include Ole Polos Centre for Kajiado West Sub-County, the Deputy County Commissioner's office for Elangata Wuas, and Ng'osuani centre for Narok West Sub-County.
• Applicants must be Kenyan citizens aged 18 to 28, possess a minimum D+ in KCE, meet physical and medical standards (5'8" for males, 5'3" for females), and have a clean criminal record.
