The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in Kenya has partnered with the Human Trafficking Institute (HTI) to enhance the nation's capacity to combat human trafficking. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to strengthen prevention, detection, and investigation efforts against this growing transnational crime.
