Chief Justice Martha Koome has called for enhanced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) across Kenya's justice sector to optimize service delivery. This push coincides with the launch of the Administration of Justice in Kenya Annual Report 2024–2025 and the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Guiding Framework for Kenya’s Justice Sector.

• The justice sector faced a funding gap of KShs 131.1 billion, receiving KShs 196.4 billion against a required KShs 327.5 billion for FY 2024/2025.
