The Kenya School of Government (KSG) has declared hundreds of its Certificates of Achievement null and void as part of a national effort to combat fake academic documents. This decision impacts certificates with serial numbers from MA 0251 to MA 1000, which the institution confirmed were never officially issued.

• KSG Director General Nura Mohamed announced the immediate cancellation of these certificates on November 11.
• The affected certificates (serial numbers MA 0251 to MA 1000) cannot be used as proof of any KSG qualification.
• This action follows the Public Service Commission (PSC) report for 2023/2024, which revealed that 449 government employees were terminated due to fake academic credentials.
