The Kenya Ordnance Factories Corporation (KOFC), the manufacturing arm of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF), recently held a high-level management workshop in Nairobi aimed at boosting operational excellence and leadership efficiency.

Themed "Enhancing Productivity and Motivation for Organizational Excellence," the workshop brought together KOFC's senior management and departmental heads.
Officiated by Ambassador Major General (Rtd) Lucas Tumbo and corporate leader Dr. Julius Kipngetich, the event focused on leadership, innovation, and institutional transformation.
KOFC, a State Corporation under the Ministry of Defence, is ISO 9001:2008-certified and manufactures hardware, machinery, equipment, and small arms ammunition using advanced technology.
