The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has directed Minet to release teachers' medical data to facilitate the transition of their medical services to the new Social Health Authority (SHA). This move prepares for the December 1, 2025 migration of more than 400,000 teachers to the new insurance policy.

Over 400,000 teachers are expected to migrate their insurance cover.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) sent the directive to Minet via a letter dated November 28, 2025.
The medical records requested include chronic illness registers, maternity cases in progress, and biometric data of teachers and their dependents, to be submitted by November 30, 2025.
