Safaricom has updated its MySafaricom app for iOS users, allowing direct purchase of B-Live time-based data bundles. This new feature streamlines the process for iPhone users who previously had to use USSD codes or the web portal.

The update, version 1.27.1, integrates B-Live bundles directly into the app's home screen.
Fawzia Ali-Kimanthi, Chief Consumer Business Officer at Safaricom PLC, oversees these consumer business initiatives.
Android users are still awaiting this functionality, as the latest widely available Android version, 1.26.1.2, does not yet include direct B-Live bundle purchases.
