A new nationwide survey by Politrack Africa has identified John Mbadi, Geoffrey Ruku, and Kipchumba Murkomen as the top-performing members of President William Ruto’s Cabinet for 2025.

• National Treasury CS John Mbadi and Public Service CS Geoffrey Ruku jointly led with an approval rating of 78 per cent, followed by Interior and National Administration CS Kipchumba Murkomen at 75 per cent.
• The survey, conducted between November 20 and December 10, 2025, covered all 47 counties using Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI) with a sample of 3,287 registered voters.
• Mbadi was recognized for steering fiscal policy, including a Sh4.239 trillion national budget, while Ruku drove institutional reforms and Murkomen enhanced national security and administrative efficiency.
