Nairobi county urban development and planning chief officer Patrick Analo Akivaga confirmed that enforcement notices have been issued.

Residents at Dik Dik gardens also reported destroyed walkways, interfered sewer lines, and waste discharge into the Kirichwa Ndogo river.
