The Nairobi County Government has issued a final warning to landowners regarding the impending end of the festive land rates waiver, with the deadline set for December 31. Receiver of Revenue Tiras Njoroge stated there will be no extension, and stricter enforcement measures, including invoking the National Rating Act, will commence in January for defaulters.
