The King of the Course golf tournament returns to kick off the 2026 golfing calendar at the par-72 Machakos Golf Club this Saturday, with approximately 160 players expected to participate.

The 18-hole tournament is known as 'The Christmas After Christmas' and serves as the season's opening event.
Machakos golfer Julius Kioko, the overall winner of the 2025 series, will represent Kenya at the Lekoa Classic in South Africa from March 20-21.
After the Machakos event, the circuit will visit Thika Greens Golf Resort (February 6), Ruiru Sports Club (February 7), Nanyuki Sports Club (March 7), and Nandi Bears Club (May 30), culminating in the grand finale at Nyali Golf and Country Club, Mombasa in October 2026.
