The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has issued a 30-day notice for the auction of unclaimed goods at its Kilindini Customs Warehouse in Mombasa and the Inland Container Depot in Nairobi. These goods will be deemed abandoned if not cleared within the specified period, as per the East African Community Customs Management Act (EACCMA) 2004.

• The auctions are scheduled for February 16-20, 2025, for Mombasa goods and February 9-13, 2026, for Nairobi goods.
• A wide variety of goods, including industrial machinery, construction materials, electronics, sugar, and second-hand clothing, will be sold.
• Prospective buyers can inspect goods on February 5 and 6, 2026, and participate in online auctions.
