The Ministry of Education has released the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination results, showing a significant improvement in overall performance and an increase in university qualifiers.

• A total of 993,226 candidates sat for the exams, with 270,715 (27.18%) achieving the direct university entry grade of C+ and above.
• Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba announced the results from AIC Chebisas High School in Eldoret.
• 1,932 candidates (0.19%) attained an A (plain), and 1,180 candidates had their results cancelled due to misconduct.
