Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has significantly reduced day secondary school fees for students in his constituency under the Kiharu Masomo Bora Programme 2026. This initiative aims to make secondary education more accessible and improve academic outcomes for thousands of learners.

• Fees slashed from Ksh 1,000 to just Ksh 500 per term for students from Grade 10 to Form Four.
• The program will benefit over 12,000 students across 65 day secondary schools in Kiharu.
• A comprehensive school feeding initiative will provide lunch on all school days, including Saturdays, to all learners.
• Ksh 10 million has been allocated for revision materials, adding to Ksh 20 million previously invested.
• More than Ksh 50 million has been spent on improving school infrastructure, with a focus on laboratories.
• Best-performing teachers and principals will receive fully paid trips as incentives.
