  • To access, users save +254 711099999 and send "Hi" or "Menu" to the KRA WhatsApp number.
  • Other services available include PIN management, Tax Information and queries, and eTIMS Invoicing.
  • This follows the recent launch of a USSD service (dial *222#) two weeks prior, targeting taxpayers without smartphones or reliable internet.
