Kenya Airways has been recognized for its sustainable aviation efforts, securing three awards at The Aviation Challenge 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark. This marks the fourth consecutive year the national carrier has been celebrated for its commitment to eco-friendly operations and green innovation.

• Kenya Airways received awards for Most Impactful Solution; Catering, Game Changer of the Year, and Special Recognition for Collaboration with KLM.
• Initiatives recognized include recyclable aluminium food packaging, bamboo cutlery, paper cups, and canned drinks, helping the airline avoid over 337 tonnes of single-use plastic and save over Ksh50 million annually.
• Jambojet, a subsidiary of Kenya Airways, also won the Most Compelling Story award for effectively communicating its sustainability initiatives.
