Kenyan workers can now easily monitor their National Social Security Fund (NSSF) contributions directly from their phones, enhancing transparency and eliminating the need for physical office visits. This includes checking contribution history and statements through various digital channels.

• Members can use USSD code *303# or the WhatsApp chatbot on 0704 303 303 to access services.
• The NSSF reported a 35 percent increase in member contributions, totaling Ksh83.97 billion by June 2025.
• The fund’s total member fund grew by 43 percent to Ksh572 billion by June 2025, up from Ksh400 billion the previous year.
• President William Ruto’s administration aims for NSSF assets to reach Ksh1 trillion by 2027.
