Trans Nzoia County faces a potential freeze on its funds as Senators moved to block future withdrawals until Governor George Natembeya settles Ksh52 million in unpaid gratuity for former staff. The decision by the Senate County Public Accounts Committee (CPAC) followed an Auditor-General's report highlighting the outstanding terminal benefits.
