0.79 acres of land, originally reserved for Ministry of Health institutional housing, were illegally subdivided.
The judgment for the case was delivered on January 16, 2026, by Environment and Land Court Judge Nelly Matheka.
The EACC is actively pursuing the recovery of public assets valued at around Ksh363 million across Machakos, Kitui, and Makueni counties.
