He dismissed claims of improper funding for "Linda Ground" activities and addressed the party's leadership structure following Raila Odinga's pursuit of the AU position.

• Nassir stated that ODM's mobilization efforts historically rely on goodwill from party leaders and supporters, not direct party funding, in response to queries from Secretary General Edwin Sifuna.
• He clarified that Oburu Odinga's appointment as acting party leader followed wide consultations and unanimous approval by party organs, including the National Executive Committee, Central Committee, and National Governing Council.
• Nassir dismissed the idea that ODM's 10-point agenda document cannot be amended, drawing parallels to the amendable Constitution of Kenya.
