• Abala Wanga is accused of using forged academic and clearance documents to secure his appointment and fraudulently obtaining salaries and allowances from the Kisumu County Government.
• The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) alleges Wanga used a forged KCSE certificate, altered his name and grades, and presented a forged KCPE certificate and police clearance.
• He is also accused of tampering with an official invitation letter for a CLEAN Air Forum in Lagos, Nigeria, to irregularly claim allowances of about Ksh.280,000 and facilitate unauthorized travel.
