The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) has issued an invitation for funding proposals for its Wezesha Mjane Corporate Social Responsibility program, aimed at supporting widows and vulnerable households in Kenya.

• Organizations can apply for approximately Ksh 2.75 million per project for the 2026 cycle, with Ksh 2.25 million for implementation and Ksh 500,000 for scholarships.
• Eligible applicants include Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Foundations, Self-Help groups, and Community Based Organizations with at least three years of operational history.
• Proposals must directly benefit widows or widow-led households, with administrative costs not exceeding 25% and training components capped at 20% of the total project cost.
• The deadline for submissions is 10:30 a.m. on March 6, 2026, via email to wezeshjamjane@ufaa.go.ke or manually at UFAA’s Nairobi office.
