I&M Bank has partnered with B Lab Africa to launch a nine-week training program aimed at enhancing the sustainability and resilience of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kenya and beyond.
- The Resilient Sustainable Business (RSB) programme, starting March 2026, will equip SMEs with practical tools and expert guidance on integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices.
- Key partners include I&M Bank, an emerging bank, and B Lab Africa, a non-profit organization.
- I&M Bank will sponsor 80% of the program cost per participant, which is USD 240, making the training more accessible with SMEs paying the remaining 20% (USD 60).
