✨ Key Highlights

I&M Bank has partnered with B Lab Africa to launch a nine-week training program aimed at enhancing the sustainability and resilience of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kenya and beyond.

The Resilient Sustainable Business (RSB) programme, starting March 2026, will equip SMEs with practical tools and expert guidance on integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices.
Key partners include I&M Bank, an emerging bank, and B Lab Africa, a non-profit organization.
I&M Bank will sponsor 80% of the program cost per participant, which is USD 240, making the training more accessible with SMEs paying the remaining 20% (USD 60).
