- The central procurement is an Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control System (A-SMGCS) for JKIA, designed to enhance ground movement monitoring.
- The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority is inviting bids for new Very High Frequency (VHF) radio equipment for JKIA and regional airports, including Moi International Airport and Malindi Airport.
