- The list includes Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic (CAR), Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Niger, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.
