Huduma Kenya has confirmed that the Business Registration Service (BRS) has officially replaced physical business registration certificates with digital copies, aiming to streamline processes for Kenyan entrepreneurs. This change follows the launch of BRS Version II on the eCitizen platform, designed to simplify online business management.

• Certificates are now sent via email and are available for download on the BRS Version II portal on eCitizen.
• The updated system, accessible via eCitizen, allows users to manage company information online, including structure changes and director appointments.
