Kenyan authorities, led by the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA), have arrested four suspects in an intensified crackdown on drug and illicit alcohol networks operating in residential areas.
- Four suspects arrested in separate operations in Nandi County and Trans Nzoia County.
- NACADA, an intelligence-led multi-agency operation, seized 2,400 stones of cannabis, planting material, and 116 bottles of contraband vodka in Nandi.
- In Trans Nzoia, over 400 litres of industrial ethanol and counterfeit packaging materials were confiscated, exposing a counterfeiting network.
