The family of the late Emurua Dikirr MP Johanna Ng’eno has confirmed his burial will take place on Friday, March 6, following a deadly helicopter crash. A requiem mass will be held on Wednesday, March 4, in Nairobi, with a night vigil on Thursday, March 5, in line with Kipsigis traditions.

• The bodies of Johanna Ng’eno and Wycliffe Kiprotich Rono will spend the night at the home of Governor Ntutu, who is the late MP's father-in-law.
• President William Ruto visited the family to offer his condolences, remembering Ng’eno as a "firm, hardworking and progressive leader."
• A joint burial service will be held at Emurua Dikirr Primary School on Friday, March 6, followed by separate burials at family homes.
