Kenya's Ministry of Health has solidified its governance framework for Semi-Autonomous Government Agencies (SAGAs) by signing Performance Contracts for the Financial Year 2025/2026. This initiative aims to enhance accountability and align agency operations with national health priorities.

• Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale stressed that SAGAs must operate under the Ministry's authority and warned against unconstitutional deviations.
