Airtel Kenya has expanded its retail presence by opening new customer care shops in Ruiru and along the Eastern Bypass. This strategic move aims to enhance customer service efficiency and accessibility.

• Airtel Kenya plans to double its customer service footprint in Kenya by the end of the year.
• The new outlets were inaugurated by Airtel Africa Group CEO Sunil Taldar and Airtel Kenya Managing Director Ashish Malhotra.
• These centers offer integrated services including mobile, Airtel Money, SIM, device assistance, 5G solutions, and enterprise support.
