The Environment and Land Court in Milimani has upheld preservation orders preventing private developers from transacting with or developing public land in Parklands, Nairobi, pending investigations into alleged illegal acquisition by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).

• Preservation orders remain in force for four parcels of public land measuring approximately 0.6288 hectares.
• Key respondents include Hanosa Developers Ltd, Leah Bosibori, Alloys M. Maore, and Mohamed Adan Khalif.
• Three parcels were designated for a public social hall, while another is alleged to belong to Governor Khalif and encroaches on North Highridge Primary School.
