Kwale County Governor Fatuma Achani has launched the distribution of Ksh400 million in bursaries through the ‘Elimu Ni Sasa Initiative’ to support students' education.

• A total of 17,790 secondary and university students will benefit from this allocation.
• The initiative is a core commitment by the Kwale County Government to ensure no child is denied education due to financial constraints.
• The education allocation for Kwale County has been increased from Ksh400 million to Ksh500 million to accommodate more students.
