President William Ruto, an alumnus of Kapsabet Boys High School, garnered significant attention by wearing the school's uniform during its centenary celebrations in Nairobi, Kenya on March 7.

• The Head of State joined fellow alumni, including Nandi Governor Stephen Sang and Immigration Principal Secretary Belio Kipsang, to mark 100 years of the institution.
• During the event, the school's Chief Principal revealed that President Ruto joined the school in 1985 and consistently cleared his school fees of Sh2,610 per term.
