Doctors' salary adjustments in Kenya are set for implementation following a meeting between the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) and the Ministry of Public Service.

• Outstanding arrears have been revised to KSh 330 million, down from KSh 450 million.
• The KMPDU, led by National Secretary General Davji Bhimji Atellah, disputes the government's interpretation of arrears, stating that 95% of doctors are owed adjustments, not overpaid.
• This resolution follows a two-day engagement involving agencies like the Department of Public Service, Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC), Council of Governors (CoG), and the National Treasury to verify payments related to the 2017-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
