Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has refuted claims made by DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua regarding a KSh90 billion debt owed to faith-based health facilities by the Social Health Authority (SHA).

KSh18.18 billion, representing 78 percent of submitted health claims, has been processed and paid by the SHA over 19 months.
