Kitutu Chache MP Anthony Kibagendi has been suspended from the National Assembly for another 14 days following a finding of 'gross disorderly conduct'. This marks a further blow to the legislator who was previously barred indefinitely.

Kibagendi was suspended for failing to submit an apology as directed by the Speaker in February.
The National Assembly, led by Laikipia Mp Sarah Korere and Homa Bay Town Mp Peter Kaluma, voted for the suspension.
This action comes despite a recent High Court decision suspending the Parliamentary decision to bar him, pending a case hearing.
