Kenyan midfielder Victor Wanyama has announced his retirement from professional football after a career spanning four countries and six clubs. Kenya has appointed a 38-member Multi-Agency Local Organising Committee to spearhead preparations for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, which the country will co-host with Tanzania and Uganda.
