The executors of the estate of the late former Nyeri governor, Nderitu Gachagua, have published his will in local dailies following concerns of foul play and requests for President William Ruto's intervention.

• The will details the distribution of assets to 23 beneficiaries, including his mother, two wives, and children.
• Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, a brother to the deceased and one of the executors, stated the publication aims to set the record straight.
• Properties were bequeathed to his wives and sons, while shares in Mweiga Homes went to Rigathi Gachagua.
