Top energy bosses, including former Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (Epra) Director-General Daniel Kiptoo and former Kenya Pipeline Company Managing Director Joe Sang, have recorded statements with investigators over a controversial Sh12 billion fuel consignment.
