The Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) has issued a stern warning to the public against enrolling at Northlands International Medical Training College in Kisumu due to its unaccredited status.

• The college is reportedly operating without authorization to offer nursing training programmes.
• The NCK is the sole authority for approving nursing and midwifery training institutions and programmes in Kenya.
• The NCK also explicitly stated that training for Nurse Aid or Nursing Assistant is not a recognised programme under its regulatory framework.
